This Privacy Policy governs the use of mobile applications and websites offered by SVV Global Ventures ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Information We Collect

To provide our personal finance and wealth management features, we collect information you explicitly provide when signing up, configuring, and using our services:

• Personal Details: When you register an account, we collect personal credentials such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Financial & Transactional Records: To deliver budgeting and tracking features, we store user-provided financial details including income, expense tracking records, budget allocations, savings pots, and peer-to-peer lending/borrowing records (including lender or borrower profiles).
• Security and MPIN: To secure your account access, we collect and store encrypted login credentials and a personalized MPIN.
• Usage and Notifications: We collect configuration settings and integration tokens (such as OneSignal push notification identifiers) to notify you of budget milestones, loan approvals, and reminders.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, build, and support the FinSmart mobile application and related services:

• To construct interactive dashboards showing your financial health, transaction history, and savings progress.
• To facilitate and track peer-to-peer loans, record approvals, compute repayment progress, and manage due reminders.
• To generate customized financial briefings, timelines, and automated AI Advisor recommendations.
• To verify identity, enforce security, protect against unauthorized access, and troubleshoot support tickets.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Your financial trust is our highest priority. We do not sell or lease your personal or financial data. We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of SVV Global Ventures unless one of the following circumstances applies:

• With your explicit consent: We will share personal information when you authorize us to do so (for example, when configuring Account Aggregator consents or sharing details with peer-to-peer loan partners).
• For legal reasons: We will share personal information if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

4. Data Security

We apply top-tier administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

• All communications with our backend gRPC and HTTP gateway servers are encrypted using high-grade SSL/TLS protocols.
• Critical information like account passwords and MPINs are fully encrypted using modern cryptographic hashing standards.
• We routinely review our code repositories, storage environments, and server configurations to safeguard your records.

5. Account Deletion and Retention

We believe that you should have complete control over your data. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time:

• In-App Deletion: You can request immediate deletion by opening the FinSmart App and navigating to Side Navigation → Profile → Update Profile → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm your identity and request.
• Alternative Requests: You can submit a manual deletion request by emailing us at support@svvglobal.com or using our Contact Page.

Once requested, all of your personal details, transaction logs, budget plans, and historical logs will be permanently erased. Some transaction details, payment logs, or active loan obligations may be retained for up to 180 days if required to fulfill legal compliance, auditing, or outstanding debt resolution, after which they are completely scrubbed.

Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will post any updates directly on this page, and for major changes we will provide in-app or email alerts to ensure your continued consent.
