At SVV Global Ventures, we value your privacy and believe you should have full control over your data. This page outlines how users can request account deletion and what data is deleted across our mobile applications (FinSmart and SocietyLink).
How to Request Account Deletion
1Via App Interface
FinSmart: Open the App → Navigate to Side Navigation → Profile → Update Profile → Delete Account.
SocietyLink: Open the App → Navigate to More → Settings → Account Settings → Request Deletion.

Send a request via our Contact Page or email us at support@svvglobal.com.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Personal details (name, email, mobile number)
Login credentials, secure MPIN, and account metadata
All saved income and expense records
Budget plans, categories, reminders, savings pots, and lending/borrowing records
Data Retention Policy
Certain data such as payment records, invoices, or outstanding loan obligations may be retained up to 180 days as required for regulatory compliance or auditing purposes. This data is securely archived and no longer actively processed.
Partial Data Deletion (Optional)
Yes, FinSmart allows you to delete specific data records individually without deleting your full account. You can delete individual records from each module under the History screen by swiping left.
